Sitting in a meeting and your cell goes off... or your Outlook pings an email arrival notice: bad etiquette.  You receive an annoying email and in a heated moment you fire back a response: "anger is one letter away from danger" as Scott Murphy says.  You recieve what looks like a legitimate inquiry for information that you have easily accessible... you respond in the spirt of good service: did you just reveal personal information that should have been protected?

In a connected world, we move so fast that any of us can fall into these traps.  I don't want to preach but to advise and help.  In that light, please find linked below a one-page guide Scott Murphy asked me to write to address this issue.  None of this is new...
